Gluten: I used to gobble it up like there was no tomorrow. Pesto pizza, chocolate chip cupcakes, coconut cookies, you name it. I lived by one rule and one rule only: finish the bread basket.

But that all changed last year, when I found out that I was allergic to gluten. To me, that meant no more good food – I was resigned to a diet of flavorless vegetables and tasteless grains…or so I thought.

At first I was bummed out big time. But I quickly learned to change my attitude – to view this as a brilliant opportunity instead of a culinary death-sentence. I challenged myself to start cooking delicious meals and find fabulous restaurants with gf options.

This blog is where I will share my gf dining experiences and successful recipes (I experiment a lot!). I’ve found a ton of restaurants and bakeries with mouth-watering gf treats, but there’s so much more to discover.

Join me on my journey to gluten-free bliss!

*This blog is based on my experience as a gluten-free eater. When dining out, always speak with your server to find out about cross-contamination and safe options.
