Gluten Free in San Francisco

I go to school in San Francisco, so I'm always on the lookout for good city eating spots. While there are a variety of dedicated gf places, many chains have awesome options too. San Francisco Soup Company serves up hearty soups and has an impressive salad bar to boot. I'm a huge fan of their menu display, which lists gluten free, vegetarian, and dairy free selections (it's nice not having to ask about each specific soup I want to try).

My favs are the smokey split pea and spicy turkey chili, but I'm eager to try and exotic creamy mushroom. As far as salads go, you can expect everything from chopped organic veggies to house - roasted meats. More good news: most of their salad dressings are safe!
